How it works
Labour is your rate per m² multiplied by the area. Tiles are the tile price per m² multiplied by the area plus the wastage percentage, so you pay for the spare tiles you actually buy. We then add your adhesive and sundries figure and any other costs.
Assumptions: every rate here is an editable input with a placeholder default. These are not bromleytilers.co.uk prices and not a quote. Real prices depend on the room, tile type, prep work, access and location. Figures exclude VAT unless you build it into the rates. For a firm price, ask us for a proper quote.
